ESV Corporate Plan 2020 – 2023 released
We are pleased to release our new Corporate Plan for the period 2020 – 2023. This document incorporates the annual business plan for 2020/21, five-year financial projections and the statement of corporate intent as required by Sections 19 and 20 of the Energy Safe Victoria Act 2005.
Our plan outlines how we will transform ESV into a Commission throughout the course of this year, and develop as a modern effective safety regulator for all Victorians. The Commission will build ESV’s capabilities, capacity and preparedness to take strong regulatory action when required and be accountable to the community. We do this as we all continue to adapt to coronavirus, against the backdrop of unparalleled change in our industry.
This transformation will enable us to build community support and engagement, and leverage value from the ongoing development of data and analytics in collaboration with IT infrastructure to support regulatory oversight and decisions.
Update 1 July 2020: The Corporate Plan 2020 – 2023 is currently being amended in line with a recent announcement around licensing and COES fees remaining unchanged for FY 20/21. The Plan will be available soon.
