Open your 'past work completion date' work
list by selecting it from the menu on
the left hand side of your screen.
When you have jobs past completion date that
need your attention, the work list title
in the menu on the left hand side will
be highlighted in red.
The jobs that have past completion are
split into two categories - those with you
(needs response) and those with ESV (in progress).
You open a past application by clicking
on the GA number. To find the work
completion date you originally specified
in your application, select the
information tab and expand the basic
detail section.
The completion date is presented to you
for review. Determine the status of this
work and inform ESV of the status by
phoning the ESV gas enquiry line or
emailing gas applications.
ESV will amend the completion date for
you if the job is still active. ESV
will update the completion date as
specified by you. Inaction on aging
jobs may result in delays in application
processing, contact from ESV, and your
application being cancelled.
You have now been returned to the user
portal. You will note that you have been
returned to the default view which is
the 'needs response' work list.
