When you create an application, it is
added to your draft work list until it
is submitted to ESV.
Applications and drafts can also be
cancelled by the user.
Once an application is submitted to ESV
only ESV can cancel the application. If
your draft application has not been
active or submitted in four weeks you'll
receive a reminder email that your draft
application is marked for deletion.
If your draft application has not been
active or submitted for two weeks after
receiving the reminder email the draft
application is deleted by the system,
To create a new application of acceptance
click on 'create' and select 'gas
application'. Your new draft application
is created.
Your application can now be
populated and submitted or cancelled if
you no longer require it.
To cancel your application go to the
bottom of the screen and select the 'cancel'
button.
The system now confirms that you want to
cancel. Select 'submit' to cancel the
application or press 'cancel' to return to
the draft application.
You have now successfully cancelled the draft
application.
Select 'close' in the top right hand
corner of your screen to return to the
portal.
